VMC Commitment Form

Hello - We have already had one member fill out the commitment form and pay their dues today (8/17). Does the commitment form need updating? Does the response sheet need old data (prior season's commitments) archived? - Rehearsals are scheduled from 6:30-9pm this season, while the form still indicates 7pm-9pm. - Key Contacts section: President info is outdated. I am recommending that Treasurer should be added to this section as it relates to the payment of dues.
